The Art of Awareness   -   Mindfulness   -   Being in the Somatic Experience   -   Continuous state of research

Dance, Somatics, Improvisation

By experientially studying the principles of movement, we develop listening tools that connect us to our inner self.
Listening to life, following its flow without expectations, is the only way to truly exist.

The presence and freedom of the individual are the essence of existence.

The practices, methods, and philosophy of training in contemporary dance / improvisation.

  • Contact Improvisation
  • Conscious Movement, Somatic Techniques, Release Techniques
  • Amerta Movement – Contemplative Movement

  • Authentic Movement
  • Improvisation – Composition
  • The touch that awakens movement (Hands-on Work).

Movement that is based on contact and touch focusing on physical awareness and embodiment, highlights the play between strength and vulnerability, revealing the human essence and the dynamics of relationships.
Proximity and connection with another’s core through embodied experience constitute a revolutionary act, as an environment of unity and acceptance is created.

The magic arises when life flows effortlessly.

“Dance is the realization of a person’s dream through their own body.”

Masaki Iwana (Butoh Master Teacher/Artist)

Practices based on experiential anatomy, creative movement, and meditation, with the intention of connecting body and mind.
The process of practices that develop self-awareness is a journey that reveals to the individual their authentic nature.

Tuning-in, changing habitual patterns in the way we think, in the way we relate to ourselves and the others, allows flow, brings fulfillment, being present in the environment.

The approach in Embodied Psychotherapy and the methods we use:

  • Neurovegetotherapy and Character Analysis (Wilhelm Reich’s theory)
  • Psychoanalytic approach
  • Gestalt Method
  • Trauma Therapy (Since 2022, training in the neuroaffective model according to the NARM approach. Certified in April 2024)

  • Craniosacral Therapy (Since 2021, training in craniosacral therapy from the Upledger Institute in Greece)
  • Somatics, Authentic Movement
  • Visualization, guided imagination
  • Tools for connection and contact using somatic experiential exercises from CI

Somatic and emotional intelligence are cultivated through a process aimed at self-awareness and connection with the individual’s narrative.

Breathing reflects the gateway to experiencing the present. A space is created for release, joy, and inspiration that arises from the state of expanded consciousness as we free ourselves from our innate fears.

Psychotherapy is the journey that brings us in touch with the deepest and most essential needs of our self. The therapeutic relationship creates a framework of trust for internal conflicts, unspoken desires, and the way we relate to and perceive life through the resistances of character that define the history of our personality.

Individual sessions and group psychotherapy since 1997

The art of Zen Shiatsu

“Shiatsu,” in Japanese, means “finger pressure.” It is an ancient holistic method for harmonizing the energy of the human body, which was developed in the 20th century and is based on the traditional medicine of China and Japan, much like acupuncture.
Its goal is to bring well-being and maximum vitality to the individual, directly affecting the body, mind, and spirit; the flow of energy is balanced, and the body regains its ability for self-healing. Zen Shiatsu serves as a complementary health treatment, without replacing medical care, contributing to the improvement of the individual’s quality of daily life and the prevention of health problems.
